Filming the Interview

• Before we started filming our interview we drew up a storyboard showing all of the shots and cut aways we wanted to film and use.

• After this it was important that we thought about the mise en scene of the interview and were it would be filmed.

• We decided on a background of a whiteboard with mobile phone companies and a phone drawn on it.

• After setting up the camera and using the codes and conventions to position the framing we filmed the interview using a tripod.

• When the interview was filmed we referred back to the storyboard to shoot the cutaways we had decided on.
